Karen Sampson began working in the film industry in the early 1990s while living in Los Angeles, where she held various production support roles for a number of television shows, commercials, and films. Her diverse background also includes 12 years of publishing experience, including editorial staff positions at ’TEEN Magazine, Robb Report Magazine, and Yankee Magazine, and freelance editing work on more than 70 books. She currently works as a communications associate at The MacDowell Colony in Peterborough, New Hampshire.
