Bill Millios has produced a variety of films and videos through his New Hampshire-based production outfit Back Lot Films. HippoPress wrote that "Millios has earned a reputation as one of the state's leading documentary and commercial filmmakers".

Millios' three features - Old Man Dogs (1997), Dangerous Crosswinds (2005) and St. George Greek Orthodox Cathedral 1905-2005 (2005) have been well-received in Variety, The Boston Globe and America Online and have screened at theatres throughout New England. Other credits include New Hampshire On Ice (2003), Bottled Words (1995), Killing Our Best Friends - The Crisis of Pet Overpopulation (1994.

Millios has also completed corporate productions for companies such as Pike Industries, the New Hampshire Veterans Home, Perfect Fit LLC, nhFirstJob and Southern New Hampshire University.

In 2006 Millios plans a re-publishing of his short story collection, The Winter Thaw, featuring several newly added stories. Also, this spring he plans to complete the script for the follow-up to Dangerous Crosswinds, titled Death & Glory, with a fall 2006 shoot scheduled.

Millios is also a founder, with Marc Vadeboncoeur of Goodheart Media Services, of The Digital Filmmaking Workshop.
